Oauth2.0 EPM Automate login

Currently we are in process of implementing Gen2 with Oauth2.0 authentication and I am following below documentation.

If you plan to run addUsers, removeUsers, assignRole, or unassignRole command, do not login using the OAuth refresh token. These commands require you to use basic authentication. All other commands work with OAuth 2.0 in OCI (Gen 2) environments.

Now with setup of Oauth2.0 with Refresh token authentication and above perform addUsers, removeUsers, assignRole, or unassignRole via EPM Automate . Can you please confirm whether we can run addUsers, removeUsers, assignRole, or unassignRole via OAuth refresh token via EPM Automate or not.
