Change Order screen freezes when we try to delete an attachment

Summary:

When trying to delete the attachments on a change order, the screen freezes. Oracle support team provided us the below logs and stated that this error might be due to customizations on the change order. We do not have any page customizations on the change order type where we face this issue. However, we do have app composer changes (which are running fine independently).
