23B updates new people page how is it possible to add additional columns to the page result?

Hello ,

 In fusion 23B features new updates ,there is the new page of people which navigatea to the person spotlight. (under my organization - person spotlight)

How is it possible please , to add in the result area new columns, such as worker hire date, assigments dff's and more?
