HCM extract notifications coming twice

Summary:

Whenever a HCM Extract is submitted and getting completed -  all notifications coming twice instead of once.

Content (required):

a. Enabled notification on task page(Under refine extracts) : Checked two boxes - Flow Task Start Notification, Flow Task End Notification. Owner type and Owner fields are also populated.

b. Submitted HCM extract

c. Flow task start notification email received to Owner's email address

d. Same email received again to Owner's email address with a small change i.e, Email subject having 'FYI' word. Rest of the email content remains same.

e. Flow task end notification email received to Owner's email address
