How to add the supplier and Planner in Supply plan Output table, need supplier and planner dimension

Summary:

Business user wants to add the supplier and planner in supply plan output table filters.

We do not have any standard measures to fetch the data for Supplier and planner. Kindly help to add the fields (Dimensions) on Plan table to do the data analysis.
