Summary: While creating Contract, there aren't any BUs available in the field

While creating a Contract, none of BUs are not appearing, Setups seems to be correct and complete.

Also the below notes provided previously, are not available in the MOS:

Unable To Create A Contract - No Value In Business Unit And Legal Entity LOV (Doc ID 1679323.1) - Not valid

Users cannot create contracts as no BU is available(Doc ID 2565847.1 - Not valid

Please suggest.
