Retirment of EBIZ HR gradually after upgrading to HCM Cloud

Summary:

We have upgraded to HCM Cloud from EBIZ HR. Earlier to this use when EBIZ HR was our man HR system, many on premise modules like Purchasing, Project Accounting were dependent on EBIZ HR for HR Data. Post we gone live with HCM Cloud, we had to build an integration from HCM-EBIZ HR only to support those Non-HR EBIZ Modules. Currently we are paying both licenses - HCM Cloud and EBIZ HR. We wanted to retire EBIZ HR by moving to shared HR model instead of Full HR so that we can have bare minimum EBIZ HR only to support
