Summary:

BEN_EXT_HIST_ENRT_RSLT_UE not returning values as expected when used in a changes only extract. Looking if anyone else had the similar requirements and what workaround did they take.

Content (required):

Requirement: Interface to pick up details only when employee has a primary mailing address change, termination once the termination life event is processed, Enrollment Changes only when Plan Change, Option Change, Add/Drop of Dependent happens.

Expectation: File is expected to pick up all the changes till the 1st of Next Month from the effective date considering the previous run as baseline.

Issue: Changes only output file is picking up the records once again even when there's no change ( records which are already part of full file). Whenever Life event is processed and some change occur in the enrollment, the first changes only file sends the Current Record and prior record as expected. Once the date is passed, the prior record doesn't match the date criteria and will not be considered (only the current record will be considered based on the date conditions given). In this scenario, the current record is getting picked up again by the file which is already
