VB - Problem with IDCS configuration

When a new application is oppened, Visual Builder throws the error message "Problem with IDCS configuration"

Content (required):

I have recently created a new empty Visual Application using the DashBoard template, and when I create a new web application and open it Visual Builder returns the error message "Problem with IDCS Configuration - Your Visual Application is not properly configured in Identity Cloud Service and some application features may not work correctly. You may try to re-configure the Visual Application in IDCS.". I click the "Re-configure in IDCS" button and seems to work but when I quit the Application, and reopen the web app the message reappears. Is there any workaround or documentation to handle this problem?
