I have integrated OSC and CPQ.
I need to set up the product catalog. Should I define it in both systems separately?
CPQ is a more powerful tool for a sales user to select and configure products. Once both solutions are integrated, does it make sense to have the "browse catalog" and "Add" button on the summary page of the Opportunity to ADD Products in OSC? Only reading of the products quoted in CPQ is fine.
Who have integrated both systems, how do you have the functionality of adding Products? Do you enable it in both systems or only in one? What is the best practice?
