Absence Accrual Front load and Eligibility

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We have Front load Accrual annual plan with 120 hrs of balance awarded when employee got enrolled into the plan. This plan have eligibility profiles on multiple parameters, personal data employment date etc. Whats happening is employee is getting 120 hrs on 1/1/23 and start using them, say used up 40 hrs and remaining balance is 80.

Now due to the corrections on some employment data or employee doing Changes to person data Employee is going out of absence plan eligibility and plan is getting end dated .

After few dates this changes are getting reverted by HR's or Employees, now employee is getting eligible for the plan again, and again getting enrolled into the plan with 120 hours front load balance though employee already use 40 hrs in the year. Because of this we are ending up adjusting emp balance manually when these things happens. Is there any way to avoid such cases, any suggestions on the best practices ?
