How to base Terms Template Approvals on Terms "Type" (Structured or Simplified)?

Summary:

We need to build an approval for Terms Templates based on the "Type" field (simplified or structured).

Content:

Our client creates terms templates in the terms library. They create both Structured and Simplified terms templates. However - they would like Simplified Terms Templates to go through a different approval structure than Structured Templates.

The rule should read: If Terms Type is Structured, then go to person A / If Terms Type is Simplified, then go to person B.

As we are trying to build this approval in the BPM Task Configuration for "TemplateApprovalHumanTask", we can not seem to figure out what text to enter for the "IF" scenario. We are using the Condition Browser to search for any possible notion of Terms Type, Source, etc - but are not having any luck. Do you have any recommendations on what we could include here?
