Hiding structure menu items based on business unit?

Hi all,

Just wondered if it's possible in EL expression to hide certain apps/quick actions if the employees business unit is equal to A, B, C etc.

 

Reason is, some business units use another system to process certain transactions, so we want to show them for business units X, Y, Z for example but not others? Or any other ways of achieving this?
