How to build an Custom AP trial Balance report without having to use ap_trial_balances table

Summary:

1. We are trying to build a custom AP trial balance table which we will be sending to ARCS returning the output in a csv format, but without using the ap_trial_balance table.

2. ARCS Data Management setup is running a custom created ESS job to run the BIP report to fetch te outstanding balances for a liabilty account for a period, hence it is not feasible to run another standard ESS job before running this custom job to populate the table.

Content (required): Is there any way that we can build a custom AP trial Balance report without having to use ap_trial_balance table or a way to run the Payables trial balance report job at a detail level directly and get the output in a csv format.
