How to add AVG formula to Pivot

edited Aug 4, 2023 2:01PM in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 1 comment

Summary:

Using Subject Area Payroll - Payroll Balances Real Time to pull worked hours by date paid. The requirement is to display both Total YTD Hours and Average Hours YTD. How can another Balance be included that shows Average Hours YTD. Average is calculated by Total Hours divided by number of pay dates by Payroll Name (Bi-weekly or Monthly.

If Bi-weekly, use a max count of dates paid, in this example there are 16 bi-weekly dates so far.

If Monthly, use a max count of dates paid, in this example there are 8 monthly dates so far.

Thanks for any recommendations.
