To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

Fields to populate based on reason selected on "Transfer" screen
Summary: Hi All, when we transfer an employee (Navigation: My Client Groups-->Quick actions-->show more-->Transfer), in the when and why section we enter the date, action and action reason is selected.
The requirement is that, the fields in the next section "Transfer" should populate based on the reason selected.
For example, in the below screenshot, the reason selected is "Job Change" so now when we go to the next section which is transfer, all fields should either be greyed out or should not be visible and only Job field should be visible
Please suggest if somebody has met this kind of requirement before
