Deleted Member Still Appears in Dimension

I deleted rollups and their level 0 members in our relationship dimension. However, the parent rollups have reappeared in the dimension. I tried deleting them again, but they still appear. They are no longer in the same place in the original hierarchy, just sitting outside of it. What am I missing?
