Absence Entry Validation Formula to restrict absence based on a legislative dff

We have a requirement where we need to restrict an absence to be recorded after 56 weeks if the legislative dff entered in the previous absence matches with the legislative dff entered in the current absence.If there is no match, allow to enter the absence. I have added the seeded statutory validation formula where it checks if dff is entered and throws error if it is not entered.
