Process Automation in Project Resource Management

Summary: We need to maintain Resource Pools in the Project Resource Management to be used for respective assignments to the Projects. We are looking for a mechanism by which the System itself can be able to Search, Evaluate, and Nominate relevant Resources when it receives a specific Resource Request from the Project Manager. There shouldn’t be any manual intervention from the Resource manager or from the Resource Pool Owner in this regard.
