Position Prompt/Pop-up during Assignment Change

Summary:

Hi

While changing an Assignment, if we change a Position, the attached prompt shows. Is it by default or could be configured/switched off as per requirement.

Additionally, when we're doing Assignment changes via HDL, working hours were changed fx. from 25 to 35 as Position had 35 hours. Are there extra attributes required in HDL so that position default settings don't impact the load?
