How to pull a report or locate information that shows User account 'date of deactivation'?

Summary:

We are trying to locate a method of pulling a 'User Report' that will tell us when a user account has been deactivated. We have tried searching on Report Builder > User Reports > User Status and User Info reports.

But all reports we have tried do not give us the information we are looking for. We are investigating the accuracy of our integration system between our HRIS and LMS. We are trying to locate users Active users who have inadvertently had their LMS accounts deactivated.
