Import vmware images: does it really work?

Hi. I've created a single disk vmware vm (version 8.0), dhcp and bios boot.

I've uploaded it in a oci bucket and imported.

During oci import, I'm forced to choose between emulated or paravirtual mode.

If I choose paravirtual, the vm doesn't boot, because it can't find the boot disk.

If I choose emulated the vm run fine, but boot disk is loaded as sata and networking isn't compatible with live migration.

SO, just to test, I've tried to create a new vmware vm with the preinstallation of the virtual driver found here https://blogs.oracle.com/linux/post/announcing-oracle-virtio-drivers-115-for-microsoft-windows

Howdy, Stranger!
