Summary: how to identify task to from the approval rules

we have approval rules configured for Requisitions and for Change order workflow.

We are trying to review/change our escalation rules.

for our Requisition rules, we have identified the rules in the set up and maintenance> manage requisition approvals form and also in the BPM worklist.

with a lack of config documents, does anyone know how to find which task we have configured for Change order?
