Summary: As part of Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. Qualified Improvement category requires to calculate Asset depreciation using different Method(ADS) for certain category of assets to arrive at an adjusted basis at the end of each quarter of the Fiscal year to claim 10% QBAI Exemption under GILTI.
