Employee Absence Balance not updating after running "Calculate Accrual and Balances" process

Employee Absence Balance not updating after we ran "Calculate Accrual and Balances" process

We are facing issue with an employee's absence balance, it seems to be stuck at 10/Jul/2023, thus the balance showing is as of this date only. The employee is not able to see his balance as it shows zero, however from the Absence Record in Person Management the HR can see the balance upto the mentioned date.


We have tried withdrawing the accrual as of 30/Jun/2023 with process "Withdraw Accruals and Balances", and then ran the "Calculate Accruals and Balances" process as of 31/Jul/2023. But the Balance Calculation Date for the employee shows as of 10/Jul/2023 only.
