After qualifying suppliers, you can choose to share the qualification outcomes with your suppliers. When suppliers visit Supplier Portal, seeing their qualifications could spur supplier improvement and increase opportunities for mitigating risk. It also makes it easier for suppliers to interact with the procurement organization.

Procedure to share qualifications with suppliers:

First, decide which qualification areas or qualifications should be enabled for sharing with suppliers.

You can choose to share only the summary of qualifications; then your suppliers will only see the outcome, start and end date of their qualifications. Or you can also share supplier response or internal response included in the qualification. Optionally, you can enter a note to supplier, for example, to explain what is shared.
