Learning Delegations
Summary:
We have created a role for Learner Managers to delegate their learning/team to another employee.
When delegating to an employee (who is not a line manager), the employee gets access to My Team > Learning and can view the team that he has been delegated. Once the delegation period has ended, the employee can no longer see the delegated team members, but he still has the 'My Team' Learning access.
I checked the employees’ User Account in the Security Console and the role has not been removed, I was expecting this access to automatically be removed after the delegation period. Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes process sis scheduled to run at regular intervals. Is there another process that must be run to remove the Line Manager access automatically?
