Attachment functionality on ESS page

Hi Team,

My client's requirement is to have attachment functionality on Employee self service page , so that once employee goes in update any personal information such as address, name or marital status, he should be able to attach the supporting documents which should then go for approval. After verifying with the document , Hr will approve or reject the transaction.

Now Fusion gives us both these functionalities in two different pages, which is employees personal information work area and other is document of record , both are not linked to each other meaning an employee may or many not submit the documents for the changes he has done is personal information section.
