How to change the Play Course Button in a Learning Plan Widget, and how to Left justify the Learning Plan name.

How would I change the Play Course button in the Learning Plan Widget?  The current button is small and hard to see if you are new to this Widget display.

Also how can I left justify the Learning Plan name in the Learning Plan widgets?  Mine are centered right now.
