Autoprovision Line Manager Role to Dotted Line Manager

We have a requirement to Autoprovision Line Manager Role to Dotted Line Manager.

I have created role mapping where I specified "Manager with Reports = Yes" and "Manager Type = Dotted Line Manager"

However, the Line Manager role is not auto-provisioned to a dotted line manager.

I ran the process to auto-provision roles and Refresh manager hierarchy.

Am I missing any step?
