Not able to Update Assignemnt Grade Step for employees

Hello Team,

I need one urgent help with Assignment grade step update using hdl

i am using the steps mentioned in Notes but getting error

You can't create another grade step for this assignment grade because it overlaps with an existing grade step in the same time period.

Also tried the steps mentioned in the Document https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=464392270420023&id=2743915.1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=9jbgz44x1_4 to End date the overlapping Records but still getting the same error.

Can anyone please help me with the issue.
