I have a question about the following feature released in 23C:

It says that after 23C release, manually updating won't be needed.

and the latest bank and branch information will be updated monthly,

but at what date does the update get applied each month?

I know the latest bank and branch information gets updated at the end of each month. But, does the latest bank and branch information get updated on 30th of the month, or 31st of the month? (I am confused since there are months that have 30days and other months that have 31 days)
