Additional (Mandatory) Attributes only appear when we click Edit button

We have added the additional fields in the person Name and used Oracle Provided attributes (Name information 15). The field has been labelled as "Chosen Last Name" and has been made mandatory.


Thru Journeys, We are also requesting the new hires to go to personal details page and update their Chosen Last name. The issue we have is that those additional fields only appear when the employee clicks the edit. Even though the Field is mandatory, if the employee does not click the edit button they will miss out submitting a mandatory field. Refer screenshots attached

Can we have these fields visible all the time without even clicking the edit button
