How to restrict users to access other reports

Hi All, As per requirement we need to populate the list of optional holidays in add absence page when particular absence type is selected. We have achieved this by page composer and by adding the hyperlink, we have provided the link of the particular report of optional holiday details. But here the problem is employee has access to tools and reports all other options.

Please help me out on how to restrict the user to open all other options.
