Hello, with effect from 01/01/2024 we are planning to remove 2 absence plans. We still want the existing data for previous years to be visible.
What steps do we need to do to stop the calculations / visibility for these two plans from 01/01/2024 onwards?
In testing I have set the plan status to inactive with effect from 01/01/2023 and, after running 'Calculate Accruals and Balances', the plans are no longer visible. Is that sufficient or are additional steps required?
Also, what is the difference between a status of 'Inactive' vs 'Closed'?
