Want to fetch Offerings --> Activities --> and activity scores

I need to create one BIP Report where i need to fetch Courses, offerings , activities and the corresponding scores of the activities.

I am not able to create appropriate links between the tables related to learning module. If anybody worked on such requirement before,

Please let me know about tables and their joins.
