How to view Transaction Notifications
Summary:
Hi,
As per screenshot, a transaction was submitted on 26th July where Approval didn't seem to receive the notification.
Just to confirm the root cause, how can we check in the system if the notification was triggered or not.
Please share the navigation.
In case of failures, what could cause the approver not to receive the email for any particular transaction.
We were not able to trace it via IT for this particular transaction notification dated 26/7.
