Within OTBI Job Application - Interview Feedback, how do I separate Interviewer names?

Summary:

I have two questionnaires - Prescreen and WAH_interview. When I run a report to list which recruiters completed the prescreen guide I get names that completed both Prescreen and WAH_interview.

When I run the analysis I get this:

How can the analysis return the info to match ORC output?
