facing difficulty with dynamic table with business object

I'm trying to use business object to populate dynamic table but the data is not getting displayed on screen. Please help as i'm not getting any solution from long time for this issue. I have already followed vb cookbook as well as shay's videos to practise but i'm unable to resolve the issue. Attaching the code here with this query
