Can Run-Time Prompts be set to Ignore Valid Intersections?

Run-time prompts are restricted by valid intersections. But we would like to disable this as needed.

We need to be able to run some rules that have run-time prompts that violate valid intersections. We cannot run rules with such prompts. Is there a way to bypass this restriction?
