Summary:

In 23C Release, Enabled Redwood User Experience for Learner Self Service and Manager Self Service.

Browse Tab doesn't display anything. We enabled Redwood UI for the first time in 23C, but still I didn't see Browse Learnings.

Note: Enabled Activity Sequencing and followed below procedure

Enable Redwood Self-Service for Learners (oracle.com)
