Sales Order pricing with External Pricing Engine

Summary:

We have 2 requirements for Manual Sales Order pricing

1) During manual sales order creation in OM, we need to get the real time pricing from External Pricing Engine(3rd party application) to get the item list price.

2) Once we receive external pricing value(List price), we need to compare the price with Oracle List Price and pick the best price(Lowest price).

Ex:

Oracle Price List : Item A=$20, Item B=$40

External System Pricing : Item A=$30, Item B=$35

During, Sales order creation, for Item A Oracle pricing needs to be picked, and for Item B external system pricing needs to be picked.
