What are the options to display the name section in Oracle Directory?

Summary:

Display name section in Public Info - Directory.

Content (required):

We are requested to enable the Preferred First Name and Preferred Last Name in Public info page ( Oracle Directory). The fields are part of the Personal Details - Name section. Is there a way to have the Name section displayed as read only for employees? We were not able to achieve this through page composer or HCM Design Studio.

Can this be achieved only through Person Security Profile?
