Global Transfer Affecting Line Manager Status to INACTIVE

Hi All ,

Need you expert advise on the below practical issue.

Employee 'A' is reporting to Employee 'B', If we do the Global Transfer for the Employee 'B' from One Legal Entity to another, the existing assignment of Employee 'B' will be INACTIVE and it will creates a new assignment, 

In this case the Employee 'A''s Line manager became INACTIVE. 

Currently we are re-loading the A's below META data's , with the new date from when the B was changed to new Legal Entity.

  2. Assignment
  3. AssignmentSupervisor

Is there any alternative without re-loading the data to keep the Line manager information to active state, why we are asking this is employee number remains same but only the assignment number will became B-2.
