Default the Manual Adjustment Flag to YES

Summary:

Using Page customization to default the check box for 'Manual Adjustment Flag' under create charge of Price List using the Sandbox is not working( confirmed by SR 3-33875379101).

Though UI shows the Check box is checked when trying to create the Charge for New Item, the value for the flag in the table still shows N/ NULL

Can we have any possible workaround for the issue with Page Customization showing the Check Box as Checked and the same is not being reflected in the Backend table. Any possibility using the Customization to the Algorithms ?

The Requirement is that the value for the Manual Adjustment Flag should be YES always
