How can a User view scheduled OTBI reports monthly?

Summary:

I removed the BI Author & BI Administrator role from a custom role for a user - leaving only the BI Consumer role within this custom role. User is not able to view Report Jobs & Report Job History anymore, thus preventing user from optimally using the scheduling function.

I removed the BI Author & BI Administrator role from a custom role for an end user - leaving only the BI Consumer role within this custom role. The end user is not able to view Report Jobs & Report Job History anymore, thus preventing the end user from optimally using the scheduling function. Is there another way to view the Report Jobs & Report Job History? Or is there a role/privilege I can add to this specific custom role?
