Unable to Delete Match Type

We are unable to delete a previously configured Match Type from our Prod environment.

We recently promoted a new reconciliation configuration into our Production environment, but we ran into an issue that forced our team to try backing out all of the settings to perform a reconfiguration from scratch. However, when we try to delete the Match Type the system will act like it is processing but the Match Type is still present after the page refresh.

We have removed all of the settings that would be tied to the Match Type (i.e, recs, profiles, formats, data management, etc...), but it still will not let us delete it.
