Why can't I see any information unless you click on the offering

Summary:

We are having a class for leadership. All the same class but offered 10 separate times. I thought there was a way to show the information without having to click on every individual offering to see the date, time and place? Do I just need to create 10 Courses?

I've tried doing an ILT first then a Self-Paced to see if anything comes up different. Now a have a ton of offerings that I can't delete.

Any suggestions?
