Sending Outbound from OTM to Mulesoft from OTM 6.5.2

Summary:

Hi All, We are upgrading from OTM 6.4.1 to OTM 6.5.2 On Prem. We had an out integration configured in Agents to queue Shipment XML using OAQ. Since OAQs are not supported in OTM anymore, I just wanted to socialize to know what is the next best alternative (Considering OTM doesn't support OKTA Authentication) ? Is it possible to call a PL/SQL package and pass the shipment XML as an in Parameter? Any pointers on this would be helpful. Thanks.
