Summary:

Shipment set has been applied on Sales order but the line status is not going to Backordered.

Content (required):

We have enabled the Shipment Set functionality for one BU.

While creating sales order, for one item there is no quantity so order went to error instead of Back-ordered.

Our aim is to back-order all the lines status, even there is no quantity for anyone of the line.
